I sent out the following email to a few fellow coworkers this morning:
I think this is an attempt by George W. Bush to connect with the younger crowd, or maybe just a commentary on what NORMAL people think of the republicans:

Not even 10 minutes later I received the following email from someone I don’t know:
republicans ARE normal people

AHAHA! I could not believe this. In a blink of an eye the email I had sent to three co-workers had made it’s way to Nebraska. I’m sure Joe wouldn’t be too happy knowing that this conversation has been publicized but nonetheless it astounded me how quickly it spread. I easily tracked down how it got there. There’s only 4 degrees of separation between myself and this gentleman.
What astounded me more is that this guy was so put off by my comments and linkage that he felt the need to let me know that my comments were wrong. Wow. Republicans need to get a sense of humor.
